How it works
- We chat on a Discovery Call – for you to find out more about the course and for me to find out more about you, your lifestyle and current fitness levels
- I craft a 30-day daily exercise prescription for you. This will be a mix of workouts from my YouTube channel and other self-initiated exercise eg 30 minute walk/jog outdoors
- You crack on with your plan with the flexibility to fit in your daily exercise when it suits you best (I will offer guidance on this too)
- I send you daily nudges, motivation and support via our bijou Reset Whats’App group
- We meet with the group weekly on Zoom for live accountability, support, and fun!
