All of my workout videos are built with these low-stress principles in mind. You need to find just twenty to thirty minutes in your day to workout with me. Busy mums, I know that can be challenging at times, but it is do-able, right?
You need little to no equipment to do these home workouts – just your own bodyweight, some water and space for a mat. I handpick super-effective whole-body moves that are not only more useful in real life but also give you the most ‘bang for your buck’ (except there’s no ‘bucks’ here, as all of the workouts are free!).
